How much is your home worth?

A home can have different values for different reasons. They include values for Tax, Appraisal and Sale, to name a few.  The county tax assessor will value your home differently than an appraiser would for the re-financing of a loan for example.

The true market value of your home is simply what someone is willing to pay for it.  How is that determined?

The best way to assign a market value to sell your house is to look at what other similar homes in the area have sold for recently.  Similar homes are considered those with similar amenities such as the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, total square footage, garage stalls, etc.  Your neighbor’s house may or may not be considered a similar comparison.

To request a market value of your home, fill in the information below and I will contact you with the results of my Comparative Market Analysis (CMA). In the comments section, please include any improvements you’ve made to your house since you’ve purchased it.
